The attendance, pay & expense app for your household driver.
“How much is left on his advance?”
— That whole job of checking, gone.
Shifts, overtime, fuel and advances
— the numbers keep an honest record.

The numbers add up on their own.
The “confirmed” seal comes once both of you have checked.
All he does is photograph the meter, morning and evening.
The record builds itself.
01
He photographs the odometer, morning and evening — that's all. The photo and GPS fix the time and the reading, and the day's shift, overtime and waiting sort themselves out. Miss a tap, and base pay still isn't docked.
02
Overtime (driving and waiting kept separate), allowances, reimbursed expenses and advance repayments — all tallied automatically. The formula is open; check it on a calculator. By month-end, the payslip is ready.
03
Fuel and advances, logged right beside the distance driven. It flags nothing — but when the numbers sit together, the checking is no longer needed. Even a receipt-less expense is backed by the on-duty parked-record. Settle up on the spot or at month-end — either way, it's on the books.
04
Call him from the app. The time you called and his reply stay on record. If no reply comes before the deadline (3 min for “right now”), the screen quietly turns into a one-tap “Call him” — so you're never left wondering whether he saw it.
How is this different from CCTV?
Watch, and doubt becomes a job — footage to keep checking. A ledger just keeps the numbers honestly, and makes the doubt unnecessary. And the record is his too, visible to him as proof of his work.
